Erik Punaks - Poetry with a Paunch
Erik has been writing and performing his own verse and satirical songs since his
student days. Ten years ago, freed from the manacles of work, he began to tour
the village halls of East Anglia as a performance poet. This year, in search of
a more bibulous and raunchy environment he has decided to return to his roots
in the folk scene. To get an idea of his lyrics, imagine that he is the secret
love child of a relationship between John Betjeman and Tom Lehrer.
