Mc2

Mc2 (pronounced Mac2) is Paul McCartney and Peter McGosling (Hons Mc) plus the occasional guest musician. Both familiar faces individually on the local music scene, Mc2 brings together Paul’s vocals and guitar and Peter’s guitar and mandolin to play an eclectic mix of Paul’s own songs and covers whose only common theme is that Peter and Paul both like them!

Peter’s musical lineage includes Suffolk bands Mean as Custard, The New Meanies, Time Child and (currently) Cara Cleibh, whilst Paul has played in (amongst others) London folk rock bands Young Stranger and Charon and, more recently, local duo MishMash.

Mc2’s acoustic set is melodic and full of musical energy – just right for a sunny summer’s afternoon.
